This songbook contains 14 favourites by the American guitarist Chester Burton 'Chet' Atkins, arranged for the Guitar.
Born in 1924, Chet Atkins is known, along with Owen Bradley, for creating the smoother country music style known as the Nashville sound, which expanded country's appeal to adult pop music fans as well. His trademark picking style and musicianship brought him admirers within and outside the country scene, both in the United States and internationally.
This volume in the Ukulele Play-Along series contains eight acoustic classics, including the favourites Hey There Delilah, Iris and Losing My Religion.

Just follow the written music, listen to the CD to hear how the Ukulele should sound, and then play along with the separate backing tracks.
The melody and lyrics are included in the book in case you want to sing, or to simply help you follow along. The CD is playable on any CD player, and is enhanced so Mac and PC users can adjust the recording to any tempo without changing the pitch.
